Is this the most glamorous rental ever?
The famed Sunset Tower Hotel in Hollywood is once again offering long-term rentals — for $8,500 a month.
Under previous ownership, the hotel was a residence to stars including Marilyn Monroe, John Wayne, Frank Sinatra, Quincy Jones and Elizabeth Taylor. But since it was reopened in 2006, it hasn’t offered monthly rates. On Thursday, it said that they’re back.
The hotel is encouraging East Coasters to “relocate to sunny LA this winter,” by renting one of its deluxe suites.
The $8,500 includes daily breakfast, twice-weekly maid service and use of its gym.
