Libbie Mugrabi and ‘Mighty Ducks’ star Brock Pierce hit the Hamptons

Hamptons tongues are wagging that Libbie Mugrabi — who’s settling her once-bitter divorce with billionaire art scion David Mugrabi — has hit the area with Brock Pierce, the bitcoin billionaire and former child star who’s running for president.

Sources told us that Libbie was by Pierce’s side at the invitation-only 1640 Society forum and cocktail party — where billionaires and “prominent families” who “summer in the Hamptons” and have “ultra-high net worth family offices” met this week. Also at the intimate event were real estate mogul Kent Swig, venture capitalist Tim Draper, 1-800-Flowers founder Jim McCann, poultry heiress Mitzi Perdue and Anthony Scaramucci — who said it was the first time he’d put on a suit since March.

Spies told us that at the socially distanced event, held outside at Seasons of Southampton, Draper pointed out: “Look around — this crowd is 80 percent women. They are the braver sex that come out safely to meet and talk. Going forward, I’m only going to work with women!” Hedge-funder the Mooch quipped, “I guess I’ll need to get a sex change.”

The cryptic confab is billed as a place where wealthy attendees “compare notes on issues relating to wealth management, asset allocation, governance, impact investing, philanthropy and passing family values to the next generation of leaders.”

A source said of Mugrabi and Pierce, who discussed his platform as an independent candidate at the 1640 event: “The new couple held hands … Brock stayed at Libbie’s house.” They’ve been spotted in NYC and LA together. He previously told Page Six that Mugrabi is a friend.

Meanwhile, Libbie — whose divorce battle has involved a major art collection, a $72 million Manhattan home and the Hamptons spread — told us this week that the brutal breakup recently turned amicable, in part inspired by Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin’s “conscious uncoupling.”

Also at the event were Jean Shafiroff and former First Lady of Florida, Carole Crist.
