James Gardner threw a socially distanced party for the official reopening of his Soho restaurant Gitano Garden of Love on Tuesday, and it doubled as a benefit for LGBTQ organizations the Marsha P. Johnson Institute and Destination Tomorrow.
“Pose” star Dominique Jackson and model Connie Girl Fleming hosted, and Jason Wu, Patricia Field, Leigh Lezark and Madonna’s daughter Lourdes Leon all came out to support the cause.
Mayor Bill de Blasio’s Office of Nightlife executive director, Ariel Palitz, was also spotted having dinner with another de Blasio adviser.
