Bethenny Frankel praises Lily Collins for $20K donation to her charity

Bethenny Frankel is grateful for Lily Collins‘ contribution to her charity, BStrong.

“Thank you to @lilycollins for your generous donation to #BStrong! Lily donated $20k that provided 4,000 KN95 masks and 6,000 surgical masks to Martin Luther King Jr. Community Hospital,” Frankel, 49, posted on her Instagram Story on Monday.

Collins, 31, posted about her donation on Instagram, telling followers how “incredibly grateful” she is for health care workers.

“Just wanted to send a note to all our the healthcare workers on the frontlines… you are heroes, and we are so incredibly grateful for all of your time and sacrifices,” Collins posted alongside a photo of hospital workers receiving boxes of equipment.

“I’m beyond honored to join @bethennyfrankel’s #BSTRONG initiative to support the doctors and nurses at @yourmlkch by providing masks and much needed PPE during this time. While Bethenny and her partners are working to supply hospitals all over the country with supplies, I chose to start local – remembering that if we all do our part where we can, we can make a greater impact as a whole,” the “To the Bone” star continued.

Frankel has been dedicating her philanthropic organization’s efforts to providing PPE to health care workers fighting the on the front lines of the coronavirus pandemic. In March, the former “Real Housewives of New York City” star donated 250,000 N95 masks to New York City hospitals.

“We will have distributed over $16 million worth of aid this week and that will grow exponentially,” she told “Extra” in early April.
