Dina Lohan rehab stint likely, following felony DWI

Lindsay Lohan‘s mom, Dina, can avoid jail time for allegedly driving while intoxicated in a hit-and-run crash if she completes a rehab program, a  judge said Thursday.

Lohan — who is accused of drunkenly slamming into a Mercedes-Benz at Merrick Mall on Long Island last month — will likely get off with probation if she checks into the inpatient rehab program, sources said.

“Good for you,” Nassau County Court Judge Patricia Harrington said after noting she may enter the drug program.

Lohan, 57, had previously faced six months in jail for allegedly rear-ending the car then fleeing on Jan. 11. She was charged with felony DWI based on a 2014 conviction for driving drunk and speeding on the Northern State Parkway.

But her lawyer Mark Heller said Thursday he’s confident she won’t do time.

“We’re very optimistic that Dina will not be sentenced to any incarceration and we’re very hopeful that the next time we come back to court there will be a favorable disposition,” Heller said.

The “Celebrity Big Brother” star has not yet entered a plea. She is due back in court March 26.

It was not immediately clear how long the drug program will last.

The Nassau DA’s Office offers an “alternative prosecution” program that allows some DWI defendants to avoid incarceration.
