Photos that could ‘humiliate’ Harvey Weinstein show him naked

The evidence photos that could “humiliate” Harvey Weinstein if they’re made public show his naked body, The Post has learned.

Authorities have 72 pictures of Weinstein in the buff that were shot by investigators from the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office during the probe of his alleged sex crimes, sources familiar with the matter said Monday.

Prosecutors want to use seven of the images to corroborate testimony at the 67-year-old disgraced movie mogul’s upcoming rape and sex-assault trial, based on “identifying characteristics” of his anatomy, sources said.

Earlier Monday, lead prosecutor Joan Illuzzi-Orbon revealed plans to show jurors seven photos without letting anyone else get a peek.

During a final pre-trial conference ahead of jury selection Tuesday, Illuzzi-Orbon said Weinstein’s lawyers were “particularly sensitive” about the images.

“It is not the practice of the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office to ever, ever … humiliate the defendant,” Illuzzi-Orbon said.

“We have a proposed way in which we can put our evidence before the jury without having it disseminated.”

Weinstein’s lawyers plan to file a motion objecting to the unspecified proposal or address it with the judge behind closed doors, defense lawyer Damon Cheronis said.

Weinstein’s team declined to comment on what’s shown in the photos.
