Rao’s is returning to the Super Bowl.
A Rao’s by the Beach pop-up will be at the W South Beach, Jan. 29 through Feb. 1, hosted by Wheels Up. Dino Gatto will oversee the kitchen.
Wheels Up founder Kenny Dichter quipped: “Gatto is the Bill Belichick of meatballs, and we can’t wait to welcome Rao’s.”
It’s the latest of several Wheel’s Up/Rao’s collaborations. Co-owner of the impossible-to-get-into eatery, Frank Pellegrino Jr., will also preside over the Miami space.
