Fergie and Josh Duhamel are officially divorced.
Two years after separating, the exes reached an agreement and legally terminated their marriage on Friday, according to court documents obtained by Us Weekly.
The 44-year-old singer and 47-year-old actor separated in September 2017 but Fergie didn’t file for divorce until May this year.
The duo previously announced that their marriage of 8 years would be ending in a joint statement.
“With absolute love and respect we decided to separate as a couple earlier this year,” the couple told People at the time. “To give our family the best opportunity to adjust, we wanted to keep this a private matter before sharing it with the public. We are and will always be united in our support of each other and our family.”
The pair began dating in 2004 and got engaged in December 2007. Two years later they tied the knot in Malibu and in 2013 they welcomed their now 6-year-old son Axl.
Meanwhile, Duhamel fueled rumors he was dating former Miss World America, Audra Mari after the two were spotted smooching in a Toronto airport in October.
Reps for Fergie and Duhamel did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
