Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest are gonna ride ’til they can’t no more.
The talk show hosts, 49 and 44, recreated a few memorable scenes from Lil Nas X‘s “Old Town Road” music video for their Halloween episode of “Live with Kelly and Ryan” on Thursday.
The pair kicked off their show with a remake of the opening scenes of the hit song’s video, riding their horses down the streets of New York City and passing flabbergasted late night hosts, like Jimmy Fallon and Jimmy Kimmel, and famous horror film stars including Freddy Krueger, Friday the 13th’s Jason Voorhees and Chucky and his bride.
Ripa and Seacrest followed that up with a little line dancing, changing out of their dusty, brown Old West garb into magenta and black Nudie suits accented with white fringe, spooky appliqués and cowboy hats.
The TikTok star-turned-music sensation behind the viral hit, on the other hand, ditched the yeehaw couture altogether for Halloween in favor of dressing up a different Internet meme, going as Killa Cam in a baby pink fur coat and headband complete with matching flip phone.
