Natasha Lyonne channels Stevie Nicks at InStyle Awards
Natasha Lyonne‘s latest outfit could have come straight out of Stevie Nicks’ closet.
The actress, 40, attended the InStyle Awards in Los Angeles on Monday night wearing a custom pale peach gown by Rodarte with ruffled pouf sleeves, a cutout mock turtleneck and a lightly ruffled skirt cinched with a gold knotted rope belt and paired with Nikos Koulis fine jewelry.
On Tuesday, a fan posted side-by-side shots of Lyonne and Nicks in one of her onstage outfits, tweeting at the Emmy nominee, “IS ANYONE ELSE GETTING STEVIE NICKS VIBES FROM NATASHA’S OUTFIT.”
The “Orange Is the New Black” star retweeted the follower, adding the comment, “Mission accomplished…” tagging Rodarte, the music icon and InStyle before adding a string of red heart emojis.
Lyonne congratulated the designers behind her dress, Kate and Laura Mulleavy, on Instagram for winning the night’s Designer of the Year award, writing, “Congratulations to aesthetic masters @kateandlauramulleavy.”
The actress’ stylist Cristina Ehrlich also gushed about the pair on Instagram: “They have a philosophy all their own that encompasses a world where one is welcomed to dream. They explore and deliver a unique aesthetic of femininity, fantasy, and pure beauty. I am honored to have the joy to collaborate with them and call them friends. BRAVO ladies. You make a stylist’s dreams come true.”
