Al Roker and Deborah Roberts’ Jaguar gets stuck in a hole during apple-picking trip

Al Roker and Deborah Roberts had to weather a storm on Monday after they got stuck in a hole during an apple-picking outing in the Berkshires, Page Six is told.

Apple sources say that ABC journalist Roberts — who’s married to the “Today” show’s lovable weatherman — was backing out of a parking spot at the Hilltop Orchards in Richmond, Massachusetts, and got her vintage Jaguar stuck.

“A crowd saw it and dropped their apples to come and help,” said a spy.

We’re told that Roker and a couple of bystanders tried to get the fancy car unstuck, but it quickly became obvious that it wasn’t going to work. They called a tow company to get them out of the jam.

An insider told us, “They were dependent on the kindness of strangers and everyone who helped was so lovely and sweet. They were relieved to be rescued so quickly, and had time to enjoy some apple cider doughnuts while they waited for a tow.”

We’d love to hear their cider the story, but reps declined to comment.
