Aaron Carter says cops have been to his home eight times in two weeks

Aaron Carter claims cops have been to his home eight times in two weeks to check on his mental health.

But, “I don’t deserve welfare checks from my family all the time. The cops keep coming and they leave 15 minutes later,” the ‘90s pop star told his fans on Tuesday.

The singer’s family is concerned about his mental state — particularly since he regularly flaunts a gun collection, according to TMZ.

Officials are said to be exploring a so-called “gun violence restraining order” to potentially confiscate his weapons.

A rep for Carter told Page Six: “Aaron is following the law and continues to be fully cooperative with any and all inquiries made by law enforcement. There have been multiple wellness checks made and none have ever resulted in any action.”

Meanwhile, the singer has also told fans: “I have an eating disorder and they think I’m on drugs. I drink Ensure all the time. If you drink two in the morning, two at night, you get 1400 calories. You gain a half-a-pound a day.”

Carter, who’s been sober for two years, recently helped his mom enter rehab. He also canceled the rest of his tour this year to “[take] a break for my own sanity.”

The singer has also been in an online feud with fans of his Backstreet Boys brother, Nick.
