The 65-year-old reality star said his wife, Linda, was driving his boat when they crashed into another vessel Saturday night on Lake Joseph in Ontario, TMZ reported.

“Late Saturday night I was a passenger in a boat that had a tragic collision with another craft that had no navigation lights on and then fled the scene of the accident,” O’Leary told the outlet. “I am fully cooperating with authorities.”

The two victims were on a larger, 13-person vessel that was returning to a lake cottage around 11:30 p.m. when it was allegedly hit by the businessman’s boat, the Toronto Sun reported.

A Florida man on the bow of the larger craft was struck in the head and instantly killed by the other boat, according to the outlets. He was identified as 64-year-old Gary Poltash.

Another passenger, Susanne Brito, was rushed to the hospital but died on Tuesday from her injuries, according to the Sun. She was a 48-year-old resident of Markham, Ontario.

O’Leary’s rep confirmed that the businessman’s wife was steering the boat. She passed a DUI test following the fatal incident, TMZ reported.

O’Leary — whose nickname is “Mr. Wonderful” — said he was “devastated” by the crash, NBC News reported.

“Out of respect for the families who have lost loved ones and to fully support the ongoing investigation, I feel it is inappropriate to make further comments at this time,” O’Leary told TMZ. “My thoughts are with all the families affected.”
