Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen are selling their sprawling mansion near Boston for $39.5 million — and are house-hunting in the exclusive suburbs near New York City.

The power couple have put their nearly 10,000-square-foot mansion in Brookline, Mass., on the market with Sotheby’s, and are quietly looking for another estate in Connecticut, a source exclusively tells Page Six.

While quarterback Brady, 42, just signed another two-year, $41 million contract extension with the New England Patriots, the source said the couple was moving closer to NYC to start focusing on his post-NFL career, and to place their two kids in Connecticut or New York City schools.

The source added, “Tom and Gisele are quietly looking at homes in Connecticut. The plan is that he would divide his time between New York and LA in his post-NFL career, likely starting a number of businesses based in health, sports, apparel and broadcasting.”

The Post also exclusively reported that Tom and Gisele, 39, have also been looking at homes in Alpine, NJ.

The Brookline home up for sale is a custom-built five-bedroom family home by renowned architect Richard Landry built in 2015. It is situated on 5 acres adjacent to the ninth hole of a country club. It boasts a recreation room, kids playroom, wine room, gym, spa and outdoor organic herb/vegetable garden. There’s an additional 2,400-square-foot detached barn-inspired guest house, with a yoga studio, full bath, sleeping loft and walls that open up for natural air circulation that provide a Zen-like experience.

Meanwhile, the power couple also has a newly built apartment in Manhattan. Page Six first revealed they bought a $25.5 million pad at 70 Vestry St. in Tribeca — where they have been spotted with their children in the pool and on the basketball court.

The five-bedroom home on the 12th floor comes with a balcony, which is why the glam couple moved from the 11th floor. They also moved because 12 is the number on Brady’s jersey.

Neighbors in the über-posh Robert A.M. Stern-designed building include Formula One racing champ Lewis Hamilton, who bought the $40.7 million penthouse, and NBA star Kevin Love.
