Famed climber Jimmy Chin, who won an Academy Award for the documentary “Free Solo,” is renting out his adventure van to anyone who wants to give it a go.

The director lived out of a 2012 Chevrolet Express, which you can rent on Turo, for years during his hiking and climbing expeditions, including the time he spent filming the Oscar-winning doc.

“The flexibility of van life is perfect for adventure,” Chin said in a statement. “When you’re living out of your van, climbing and hiking wherever you want, there’s no rush. It’s a simple life. I did it for a long time, and I’d do it all over again.”

He added, “Since I can’t live that life full-time anymore, at least someone else can have a taste of it in my van.”

His rugged set of wheels comes complete with a propane stove for cooking meals, a solar power system that uses roof-mounted panels for electricity, bedding for four people and all-wheel drive to get you through any extreme environment.

Chin’s van is available to rent for the next 30 days at $250 per day. The van is currently located in his hometown of Jackson, Wyo., just outside Grand Teton National Park.
