Cara Delevingne and girlfriend Ashley Benson have matching initial tattoos

Ashley Benson isn’t the only one making her relationship with Cara Delevingne permanent with ink.

After the 29-year-old “Pretty Little Liars” actress unveiled her new “CD” tattoo in honor of her model girlfriend’s initials on Monday, an eagle-eyed Twitter user pointed out that Delevingne, 26, has a matching design.

At the 2019 TrevorLIVE Gala in June, which the couple attended together, the catwalker’s sheer outfit revealed her “A” tattoo, located in the exact same spot as Benson’s “CD.”

It’s unclear when the couple, who first sparked dating rumors in 2018 but only recently confirmed their relationship to the press, got the ink done, but they are clearly taking things to the next level in the second year of their relationship.

“It is Pride, it’s been 50 years since Stonewall happened and … it’s been just about our one-year anniversary so, why not?” Delevingne said when asked why she decided to officially confirm the relationship by posting a video on Instagram of herself kissing Benson.

It seems likely that the matching ink was done as a celebration of their anniversary.

Despite the romantic gesture, it’s not the first time Delevingne has celebrated a relationship in ink; she also has the initials “AC” tattooed on her left pinky finger in tribute to singer Annie Clark, also known as St. Vincent, whom Cara dated from 2015 to 2016.
