Princess Diana’s niece Lady Kitty Spencer, 28, is spending time in the Hamptons with her 60-year-old wealthy fashion tycoon boyfriend, Michael Lewis.
The model and cousin to Princes William and Harry, who picked up 500,000 Instagram followers after attending Harry’s wedding to Meghan Markle, was just spotted with Lewis, a director of the South African retailer Foschini Ltd, strolling in Southampton after she returned from Lake Como, Italy, where she appeared at an event for Bulgari.
The British beauty is said to have been dating Lewis — who’s more than five years older than her dad, Earl Charles Spencer — for a year.
