‘RHONY’ star Ramona Singer sells NYC condo for $4M

Ramona Singer has unloaded her Upper East Side home of more than 20 years.

The “Real Housewives of New York City” star sold the nearly 2,500-square-foot apartment, located on East 80th Street, for $4.025 million, according to property records.

She initially listed the four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom condo in 2018 for $4.995 before renovating it and putting it back on the market for $4.5 million this spring. The pad is located on the 16th floor of a full-service doorman building.

On Thursday night’s pre-taped “Real Housewives” reunion, Singer said she was close to finalizing a deal to sell her apartment.

Property records show the deed was filed and recorded on Wednesday of this week.

Singer has reportedly already moved into a new place in the East 60s.

Last year, she told Bravo’s Daily Dish blog that she didn’t need all the space of her 80th Street apartment because her daughter Avery, who is in her early 20s, was leaving.

“I’m an empty nester, and I think it just makes sense to move to a smaller place,” said Singer, who finalized her divorce from ex Mario Singer in 2016.

She also owns a home in Southampton, which has been featured on the Bravo reality show.
