R. Kelly to appear in Chicago court Friday

R. Kelly will appear Friday afternoon in Chicago court — where a judge will determine when the accused pedophile singer is to be extradited to Brooklyn to face more sex charges there.

The disgraced R&B star was charged in new court documents unsealed Friday in Brooklyn federal court in incidents alleging racketeering and other sex raps.

He also faces a slew of new sex-crime charges in the Windy City. Kelly is set to appear in Chicago court Tuesday on those charges, which involve child pornography, enticement of a minor to engage in criminal sexual activity and obstruction of justice.

Two accomplices were charged alongside him in the latest case, prosecutors said.

They include Kelly’s former manager, Derrel McDavid, 58, who faces child-pornography and obstruction raps. He is set to appear in Chicago court his afternoon.

Kelly has previously been charged with a hoard of sex crimes in Chicago involving underage girls and women.
