R. Kelly made sex tapes with victim who was 12 or 13, new court docs claim

R. Kelly made sex tapes with a victim who was 12 or 13 when he met her — and suggested to a 19-year-old woman that she should tell him if she was really around 15, because he’d prefer her younger, new court documents allege.

The victims are among those involved in incidents that are the basis of new charges in Brooklyn and Chicago against the disgraced singer, authorities said.

An indictment unsealed in Chicago on Friday said Kelly, 52, met one of his victims in 1996 or 1997, when she was 12 or 13 — and then made four sex videos with her between 1998 and 1999.

The girl is among five victims of Kelly involved in the new Chicago case. The victims all met the singer in the late 1990s, and many were later paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to turn over copies of incriminating sex tapes they made with him and otherwise keep their mouths shut, authorities said.

Brooklyn federal prosecutors also detailed allegations involving five “Jane Does” — including the 19-year-old, who they say contracted a venereal disease from Kelly during unprotected sex.

She had met the singer after a concert, and one of his assistants arranged for her to fly to Long Island to attend a show, the court papers said. Kelly then showed up at her hotel room “unexpectedly,” and the pair had sex, the documents said.

It was then that Kelly told her, ”in sum and substance, that if she was really 15 or 16 years old, she could tell him, suggesting he would have preferred [her] to be younger,” according to the papers.

During one of their later encounters, in Los Angeles, Calif., the young woman was kept in a room for hours “without sustenance” and then ordered by Kelly to strip after he finally showed up, the documents said. There was allegedly a gun in the room.

Another victim detailed in the Brooklyn papers was underage and an “aspiring music artist” when she was lured into a sexual relationship by Kelly, authorities said.

One of the victims was 16 in 2009 when Kelly, in his 40s, started having sex with her and abused her, including “slapping, choking and isolating her in rooms for days at a time with no access to food,” Brooklyn prosecutors said.

A fourth young woman in the Brooklyn documents allegedly was sexually assaulted by Kelly while she was unconscious.
