‘Orange Is the New Black’ star Danielle Brooks is pregnant

Danielle Brooks is switching from orange to blue.
The 29-year-old “Orange is the New Black” star announced in a sponsored post with Clearblue brand pregnancy tests on Tuesday that she is expecting her first child.
“So elated to finally share this news with you all. I’m happily pregnant!” she wrote on her Instagram.
She also posted on her Instagram Stories that she is 5 months along.
In a 2017 interview at New York Fashion Week, Brooks said that her “dating game is slow as of now.” But in February 2018, the star of stage and screen introduced her mystery boyfriend on her Instagram.
Her most recent post with him was from this past Valentine’s Day, but it is not clear if they are still together or if he is the father of their child.
The seventh and final season of “Orange Is the New Black” premieres on Netflix July 26.
