Sasha Obama stuns in fitted black gown for high school prom

Sasha Obama is all grown up.

Photos of the former first daughter surfaced on Twitter on Friday where the 17-year-old posed for photos ahead of her prom.

A social media user, who is reportedly the older cousin of Obama’s date, posted a few snaps of the big night — including photos of her mom, former first lady Michelle Obama, and older sister, Malia — along with the caption, “When your lil cousin take Sasha Obama to prom.”

His tweet has since been deleted, but it didn’t take long before Twitter users, gushing over Sasha’s mature prom look, also shared the photos. A woman who claimed to know her date from his hometown in Ohio also reposted the sweet pics.

The younger of former President Barack Obama‘s daughters kept it simple but elegant, wearing a black gown with a high slit, while her date wore a classic tux to match for the high school milestone.

Although the former president was not seen in any of the pics, a man —  whom eagle-eyed Twitter users suspected to be a Secret Service agent — wasn’t too far away.

In December, it was rumored that Sasha may be headed to the University of Michigan after graduating in June.

The Obamas stayed in Washington, DC, following the end of President Obama’s second term so Sasha could finish high school at the prominent Sidwell Friends School.

Malia took a gap year before heading to Harvard University in 2017.
