A Page Six spy spotted the Theranos founder and her fiancé, Billy Evans, enjoying a Barry’s Bootcamp class in San Francisco on Monday — just hours before she was due to appear in court for her long-awaited fraud trial.
We’re told the couple “kissed before leaving.”
Holmes appeared at the San Jose federal courthouse that afternoon to face charges of wire fraud and conspiracy to commit fraud stemming from the collapse of her innovative blood-testing service, which may or may not have faked tests and lied to investors about the effectiveness of its machines.
At the court appointment, the trial was set for July 8.
She denies wrongdoing.
