Inside the $1.3M house Pete Davidson bought with his mom

Pete Davidson has downsized.

The “Saturday Night Live” star appeared on “The Tonight Show” on Thursday and opened up about moving back home with his mom after he and Ariana Grande broke off their engagement.

“We bought a house together, but nobody believes that,” Davidson, 25, said of their Staten Island abode. “I live with my mom, kinda, so I have like a basement that’s like mine that’s like an apartment, so I live underneath her, so I’m getting like a little arcade set up down there trying to make it … mine.”

He floated the idea of calling his basement apartment “The Man Cave,” but it was shot down.

“I was calling it ‘The Man Cave,’ but The Mulaneys told me if I call it that they would no longer be my friend,” Davidson said of his friend and comedy touring partner, John Mulaney. “Now I call it ‘The Basement’ like The Ohio State University. It means something—I don’t like that college—It’s the ‘the’ that’s important.”

According to real estate records obtained by Page Six, Davidson and his mom paid $1.3 million for their home, which features four bedrooms and four full baths. A public listing also states it has a private master wing and custom kitchen.

Prior to entering a relationship with actress Kate Beckinsale, who also happened to appear on “The Tonight Show” this week, Davidson lived with the “Sweetener” pop star in her $16 million apartment, where his sole responsibility was to stock the fridge.

“She’s really sweet. She’s like, ‘This is our house,’ and I’m like, ‘You’re very nice for saying that. Thank you for letting me stay here,’” he told GQ last summer. “She’s like, ‘We’re getting married!’ And I’m like, ‘I know, thank you for letting me stay here.’”
