Ex-wife of Mr. Chow lists Brooklyn penthouse for over $6M

Eva Chun Chow, the ex-wife of restaurateur and artist Michael Chow, has bought her ex out of a Dumbo penthouse — paying $2.94 million for the privilege, according to city property records and sources close to the deal.

But that doesn’t mean Chow’s third ex-wife loves the property enough to keep it.

Eva has listed the stunning penthouse at One John Street for $6.49 million.

“After divorces, it is common for one ex-spouse to buy out the other in properties they owned together,” said a source involved in the deal.

Michael launched legendary Mr. Chow in London in 1968. There are now outposts of the celeb hangout in New York, Los Angeles, Malibu, Las Vegas, and Miami.

Page Six exclusively reported earlier this year that Michael, 79, was tying the knot yet again, with Vanessa Rano, in a star-studded LA wedding.

Michael and Eva bought the sprawling triplex for $5.765 million in 2016.

The three-bedroom home comes with a 750-square-foot private roof terrace and a striking courtyard, plus views of Brooklyn Bridge Park, the East River and Manhattan skyline.

Michael’s first wife was Grace Coddington, the legendary former model and Vogue whiz.

The listing brokers, Clayton Orrigo, Eric Sidman and Stephen Ferrara, declined comment.
