Ashley Benson comforts Cara Delevingne after emotional Chanel show

Cara Delevingne is shaking off an emotional Chanel show with her rumored girlfriend — and a shopping spree.

The model, 26, walked the runway wearing the last designs the late Karl Lagerfeld put forth for the French fashion house on Tuesday morning.

Her rumored girlfriend, actress Ashley Benson, 29, supported the Chanel muse from the front row. Later, the two cuddled in the back of a car with stylist friend Jamie Mizrahi, went out for some lunch and had a shopping spree at the Chanel store in Paris.

Delevingne opened the 2019 Chanel show, and was a prominent member of Lagerfeld’s inner circle. Recently, she defended some of his most controversial quotes and opinions when actress Jameela Jamil called the late designer a “ruthless, fatphobic misogynist” after his death.

This isn’t the first time Benson has trekked to Europe to support Delevingne. In September, the “Pretty Little Liars” star was spotted at Paris Fashion Week perched in the front row at Balmain while Delevingne hit the runway; the model supported Benson’s Privé Reveaux sunglass brand at a party that same week.

Though the two have not officially confirmed their romance, they have been seen getting cozy together many times since August 2018, when they were first caught kissing. Not only have they attended each other’s work events, but they’ve also celebrated birthdays together, and Benson even wears a necklace featuring their initials, “C” and “A.”

Now, it seems Benson is also helping Delevingne cope with the loss of Lagerfeld.
