Ashley Bush, one of the late George H.W. Bush and Barbara Bush’s grandchildren, married Julian LeFevre in Austin, Texas on Saturday. Ashley’s older sister Lauren Bush Lauren, the CEO of FEED Projects, officiated.

“Beyond joyful for my beautiful and loving sister Ash & her new hubby Jules!” Lauren, who is married to Ralph Lauren’s son David, wrote in an Instagram post. “It was an honor of a lifetime to get to officiate their ceremony yesterday. I love them to the moon and back, and wish them a very happy forever more.”

The wedding took place outdoors at The Contemporary Austin-Laguna Gloria.

The bride, who is the daughter of Neil Bush and his ex-wife Sharon Bush, wore a lace white trumpet gown and matching veil while the groom opted for a traditional black tuxedo and bowtie.

In addition to family, guests included Amanda Hearst and her filmmaker fancé Joachim Rønning, Kick Kennedy and entrepreneur Ken Howery.

To celebrate, Jon Batiste crooned “What a Wonderful World” while playing piano for guests and at one point in the night, friends and family joined in on a silent disco after the noise curfew hit, according to Sharon.

“So happy for these two beautiful souls finding each other,” the mother of the bride wrote on social media.

The duo’s rehearsal dinner took place at Austin spot Mattie’s Green Pastures, where guests were asked to dress in “Vintage Western attire,” according to their wedding website.

Ashley and LeFevre got engaged in December 2017.
