Robbie Williams kicks off New Year’s goals with Weight Watchers

Robbie Williams is leaning into his New Year’s resolutions.

The British singer, who announced in December he was becoming a Weight Watchers ambassador, Instagrammed a carousel of photos that showed him working out and eating healthy.

“Week one of my wellness journey with @ww is done and I’m feeling healthier, fitter and more alert 🥗💪❗ Keep an eye out for more in Vloggie Williams 61 coming later today… x,” he captioned the photos.

The “X Factor” judge has discussed his weight struggles in the past and even joked about his yo-yo weight with a song called “No One Likes A Fat Pop Star” on his 2013 album. His wife, actress Ayda Field, also has shed light on his battle with body image, saying being branded “the fat dancer from Take That” when he was 15 stuck with him throughout his adult life.

Other celebrity ambassadors include DJ Khaled and Kate Hudson, with the latter celebrity garnering backlash for the weight-loss company.

“Love Kate Hudson but very hard to be inspired by celebrities who have so much help and resources at their disposal,” one commenter wrote on Hudson’s Instagram announcement.
