J-Rod lists $17.5M love nest, on the hunt for something bigger

Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez are listing two multimillion-dollar apartments, Page Six has exclusively learned, and searching for even grander digs downtown.

Sources said that J-Rod is listing a 4,000-square-foot pad at 432 Park Ave. for $17.5 million — after the couple just bought the property in March.

Explained a source of the sale: “They love the building, but when their kids are all together, it’s too small. They need something bigger for the family.”

Each star has two kids from a previous marriage. A source added of the half-floor apartment in the 96-floor building, “They love the services, the amenities — they use the gym, they use the boardroom for meetings. But for the size of their family, they need something much larger.”

The couple bought the apartment for $15 million, and we hear that “it’s magnificently furnished. The furniture is not included [in the listed price], but if someone would like to buy it furnished, they can.”

Meanwhile, Lopez has listed her luxury penthouse overlooking Madison Square Park — at the Whitman building, on East 26th Street — for $27 million.

She reportedly paid $20.16 million for the property back in 2014.

Both properties are repped by Adam Modlin of the Modlin Group.

A source close to the couple added that “they’re selling both properties and looking” for a “much larger” spread downtown.

Other apartments in 432 Park Ave. are going for $39.5 million and $41 million.
