Kathryn Dennis’ alleged hit-and-run caught on security camera

Thomas Ravenel may have been right about Kathryn Dennis’ alleged hit-and-run after all.

After the disgraced politician-turned-“Southern Charm” star revealed in court documents that he believed his ex-girlfriend committed the crime in October 2018, The Blast obtained video of the incident.

The video was shot on Oct. 29 outside a rental home that Dennis, 26, is living in. She can be seen getting into her car and attempting to back out of a parking space, but instead she sideswipes a car and causes damage to the back of the vehicle. She then pulls back into the spot, straightens out her car and leaves.

It is unclear if Dennis ever contacted the owner of the other vehicle.

Ravenel, 56, brought up the incident as an argument in their custody battle. He is asking the judge to deny her request for primary custody of their children, Kensie, 4, and Saint, 3.

He also alleged that Dennis buys, sells and trades drugs with “friends, cast members and show producers to support her prescription drug habit” and that she “abuses prescription drugs, is engaged in the use of illegal drugs, and consumes alcohol in combination thereof regularly.”

For her part, Dennis is using the sexual assault claims against Ravenel as evidence that she should have full custody.

The case is ongoing.
