Scandal-scarred celebrity chef Mario Batali will not be charged for alleged sex attacks on two women, sources told The Post.
Last March, a woman filed a police report accusing Batali of rape on Jan. 29, 2004, at one of his West Village restaurants, according to TMZ.
The NYPD was also investigating allegations that he sexually assaulted another woman in 2005 at the Spotted Pig, an eatery known for its celebrity investors, the gossip site said.
Law enforcement sources told The Post that the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office helped the NYPD with its probe of one of the cases and that they jointly determined there wasn’t enough evidence to bring charges.
Batali’s spectacular downfall began after four women accused the restaurateur of sexual misconduct on the food website Eater in 2017.
In response, Batali admitted in a statement that he had behaved poorly and stepped down from managing the daily operations of his many restaurant ventures.
