Bristol Palin’s first baby daddy Levi Johnston is off the hook in his lawsuit from his custody battle lawyer.
Alaska-based attorney Darryl Thompson dropped his case against Johnston over the $12,892.50 that he owed for his services, according to The Blast. Page Six reported that Johnston was facing legal action in September.
Johnston, 28, and Palin, 27, were previously involved in a bitter custody battle over their son Tripp, 9. At one point, Johnston revealed that he had spent close to $100,000 in legal fees.
The former couple seems to be getting along these days though, as Palin revealed on a “Teen Mom: OG” episode that he has stepped up for their son amid her divorce from Dakota Meyer.
