Dakota Meyer didn’t speak to Bristol Palin’s son amid divorce

Bristol Palin wasn’t the only one devastated by her divorce from Dakota Meyer.

Palin, 27, revealed in a new “Teen Mom: OG” clip that Meyer, 30, didn’t speak to her son Tripp Johnston amid their divorce and it hurt the 9-year-old “Dancing With the Stars Juniors” competitor.

“He hasn’t reached out to Tripp and Tripp is crushed by it,” Palin told the producer Kerthy. “It breaks my heart and I’m thankful that Tripp’s dad is doing amazing.”

“Which is kind of a shift, right?” Kerthy asked, referencing her lengthy custody battle with Levi Johnston (who still owes his lawyer over $12,000 for his services in the case).

“100 percent, yeah,” Palin replied as she packed Tripp’s belongings from his room in her home with Meyer. Her sister Piper was on hand to help.

She explained that Levi, 28, wasn’t as involved with Tripp’s life when he was younger but now she feels like they “turned a corner” in their co-parenting relationship.

Palin also revealed that most of the belongings in her house with Meyer were hers, as he only had “two suitcases” worth of clothes when they moved in together. His belongings remained in his home in Kentucky throughout their marriage. She was unable to provide Kerthy an answer when asked how she and Meyer planned on dividing their belongings when she moved to a new home in the Texas area.

Meanwhile, Levi is still in Alaska with his wife Sunny and their two daughters.

“Teen Mom: OG” airs Monday nights at 9 p.m. ET.
