Pete Davidson cancels another appearance

Pete Davidson has canceled his second appearance since he and Ariana Grande called off their engagement.

The “Saturday Night Live” star, 24, was supposed to perform at Saint Louis University on Thursday, but a statement on its Facebook page says he won’t be appearing.

“Due to personal reasons, Pete Davidson’s appearance at SLU has been cancelled,” the post read. “Stay tuned for more information about another great speaker!”

Davidson previously canceled an event at Temple University, where he was scheduled to headline the school’s Comedy Night Live. The school also cited “personal reasons” and had Adam Devine take his place. He did, however, co-host the “Judd & Pete for America” benefit with Judd Apatow last weekend.

His ex-fiancée, however, has gone the opposite route, making sure she attended her “Wicked” performance, as well as posting on social media, despite saying she’d be taking a break post-split.

Grande, 25, fueled rumors of new music on Oct. 2, shortly after releasing “Sweetener.” The “God Is a Woman” singer shared a picture of a whiteboard, on which the numbers 1 through 9 were listed.

She also previously had posted photos from a recording studio, but she furthered the rumors after a fan speculated that she would tour “Sweetener” and “AG5” together when she responded, “I showed this to [manager] scooter [braun], and he goes ‘who is this fortune teller that’s dictating all of our movements.'”

When she wasn’t working on new tunes, Grande shared videos of her pet pig, Piggy Smallz, and went on an epic shopping spree at Chanel for some retail therapy.
