Kate Hudson debuts baby Rani Rose on social media

Kate Hudson shared an adorable photo of her new bundle of joy on Saturday, days after announcing the baby’s birth.

“Our little rosebud,” the actress, 39, captioned the pic of the baby who was accessorized with a pink hat complete with a bow detail. 

She is Hudson’s first child with her musician boyfriend Danny Fujikawa.

In their birth announcement, the “Almost Famous” star explained that Rani’s name had a special tie to the family of 32-year-old Fujikawa.

“We have decided to name our daughter Rani (pronounced Ronnie) after her grandfather, Ron Fujikawa,” she wrote in the birth announcement this week. “Ron was the most special man who we all miss dearly. To name her after him is an honor.”

Hudson is the mother of two sons — Ryder and Bingham — from previous relationships.
