On June 20, detectives collared Dedrick Devonshay Williams, 22, on first-degree murder charges without premeditation. Williams was on probation for grand theft auto at the time of his arrest and was also booked for violating probation and driving without a valid license.

Detectives are still seeking 22-year-old Robert Allen, who is listed as a person of interest in the shooting of the 20-year-old rapper.

XXXTentacion, whose real name was Jahseh Onfroy, was gunned down outside RIVA Motorsports in Deerfield, Fla., in June.
