Hamptons sushi spot features fresh fish flown from Japan

In the Hamptons, even fish fly private.

We’re told trendy Sushi by Bou is having fish flown from Japan’s Tsukiji market through JFK, then choppered out east by Blade on 35-minute temperature-controlled ride.

The inaugural flight took place Tuesday, with chef David Bouhadana and restaurant owner Michael Sinensky transporting the catch themselves to the pop-up at the Jue Lan Club in Southampton.
