Aly Raisman certainly has a thing for fellow athletes.
After splitting from NFL tight end Colton Underwood in August, it appears the 23-year-old gymnast and Bruins forward Tim Schaller have been keeping tabs on one another via social media.
Raisman, raised in Needham, Mass., was also spotted at the Empire Asian Restaurant and Lounge with Schaller, 27, in December, where they dined on spicy tuna rolls, dragon rolls and sashimi rolls, according to the Boston Globe.
Although the rumored pair have yet to go public, Raisman has been supporting Schaller from afar. In addition to liking his most recent Instagram snaps, Raisman, a known Bruins fan, has reportedly checked out a few games this season at TD Garden.
Schaller, a fellow New England native from Merrimack, New Hampshire, signed with the Buffalo Sabres in 2013 as an undrafted free agent. He signed a one-year, two-way contract with the Bruins three years later. Much like Raisman, he also has been double-tapping hearts on her latest social shares.
As for Underwood, who famously asked Raisman out through a live video Q&A following the 2016 Rio games, he’s looking for another shot at love, too. The former Oakland Raider, 26, will compete for the previously scorned Becca Kufrin’s affection on the forthcoming season of “The Bachelorette,” according to Reality Steve.
A rep for Raisman did not immediately return our request for comment.
