Kevin Smith’s daughter says ‘he’s the healthiest he’s ever been’

Harley Quinn Smith says her father Kevin Smith is “the healthiest he’s ever been,” after suffering a massive heart attack in February.

“He’s doing really, really great,” she told Page Six at the Tribeca Film Festival premiere of “All These Small Moments” outside the SVA Theater Tuesday night.

“He’s the healthiest he’s ever been, he’s vegan now, which is amazing,” she added, recalling a recent trip to healthy eatery Veggie Grill where “he had the vegan nachos and loved them.”

Harley Quinn Smith, 18 — who stars in the film as Lindsey, a teen who gets rejected by main character, Simon, played by Sam McCarthy — has been vegan for two years and has tried to get her dad on the healthy bandwagon for some time now.

“Now its finally happened and I’m so happy,” she said.

Kevin, 47, has spoken publicly about his health scare and recovery.

On Monday’s “Today” show he said, “I didn’t know until I was in the operating room that I had a heart attack. [The doctor was] like, ‘You had a massive heart attack.’ I was like, ‘Nobody told me. Are you serious?’”

Also walking the carpet at the SVA Theater was Molly Ringwald, who plays the mother of McCarthy’s character — decades after playing opposite his father, Andrew McCarthy, in “Pretty in Pink.” Harley referred to Ringwald as “my queen.”

“Just to be able to say that I was in the same piece of work as her is truly an honor,” she gushed. “She’s been a role model to me growing up and will continue to be a role model to me forever.”
