NeNe Leakes tells Kim Zolciak to ‘file a lawsuit’

Apology not accepted.

After Kim Zolciak apologized to NeNe Leakes via social media Sunday and then wrote, “we both know the truth, we both know that if I wanted to, I could have a lawsuit for the lies you have spewed,” the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star told Zolciak to make good on her word.

“Please file a lawsuit Chile! Like I’m begging you,” Leakes, 50, wrote in a series of tweets on Sunday evening.

“You can never WIN when you play DIRTY so throw in the towel! I mean throw in the lips,” she continued. “Anytime you wanna go to court I’m happy to see you there because your lies have runneth over.”

Though Zolciak, 39, has since closed the book on “Housewives,” the mother of six attempted to clear the air with Leakes following Sunday’s tense reunion.

“I am so sorry for what has happened @neneleakes,” Zolciak wrote on Instagram. “I personally will no longer engage with you on social media and perpetuate the hate. I am asking you to do the same. We are grown women with families. Enough is enough. I want us to move on If you continue this, it will be because you are attempting to stay on the show and stay relevant and that’s on you.”

Zolciak’s efforts to avoid the drama with Leakes appear to be short-lived, however, after she posted a Snapchat on Monday, clad in a sweatshirt with the phrase, “Pray the Fake Get Exposed,” according to ET Online.
