“Melrose Place” star Jamie Luner has been accused of sexual misconduct with a teen that allegedly took place in 1998.
A man, who is currently in his thirties, has filed a police report with the LAPD alleging that Luner, now 46, performed oral sex on him when he was 16 years old, TMZ reported. Luner would have been 26 or 27.
According to TMZ, police are investigating, but the statute of limitations in California has already lapsed, so it’s unlikely that criminal charges will be filed. No further details were released about the case nor about the man’s relationship with Luner at the time.
A rep for Luner did not immediately return a request for comment on the allegations.
