Justin Trudeau was headed to VIP party before motorcade crash

When Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s motorcade was involved in a crash in Los Angeles that injured three people, he was on his way to a reception with Canadian-born Hollywood VIPs, sources exclusively tell Page Six.

At the Hancock Park event, waiting for Trudeau at LA’s official residence of Canada were guests including Seth Rogen, Nia Vardalos, “Moonstruck” director Norman Jewison and David Steinberg, as well as LA Mayor Eric Garcetti.

Consul General James Villeneuve hosted the affair.

A spy said the PM “did make it, though a bit late . . . it was a great party.”

Trudeau earlier spoke at the Reagan Presidential Library.
