A $39 million Upper East Side home reportedly coveted by Keith Urban for Nicole Kidman is still on the market, and upscale buyers are checking it out.
After Kidman denied that her hubby was the buyer of the lavish six-story townhouse — for sale by billionaire Marc Lasry and being sold by the Modlin Group — a source explained: “This is the caliber of buyer that has expressed serious interest in the house. Although we are in discussions with more than one interested buyer, the house is available. No deal has been made and no contract has been signed, despite reports.”
