Steven Seagal accused of sexual misconduct by reporter

Steven Seagal is in hot water after an Inside Edition correspondent accused of him sexual misconduct and after audio surfaced of him calling women “c–ksuckers.”

Inside Edition correspondent Lisa Guerrero told Newsweek that she was offered a private audition at Seagal’s home in 1996. Feeling uncomfortable with the situation, an associate joined her. As Guerrero described, Seagal opened the door wearing only a silk robe. She read the lines and was applauded by Seagal.

“I drove home feeling good about the audition,” Guerrero shared. “And that same day my manager called. ‘Steven wants to offer you the lead. But you have to go back to his home for a private rehearsal tonight.’” Guerrero opted not to return. Although she didn’t get the leading role, she was offered a smaller part.

Guerrero says once on set, Seagal invited her back to his dressing room, which she declined as well.

“When I read about Harvey Weinstein, the reports of him appearing in a robe triggered me,” Guerrero said. “That’s exactly what Steven Seagal did. I found out late that he was notorious for this.”

Earlier this week, Daily Mail TV aired clips of an old Seagal interview from 1988, in which he slammed women reporters.

“I found that interesting enough, the few times that I had a hard time, it was usually with women,” he said. “When somebody is on tour, a promotional tour, he’s there to talk about his film, not about who he’s f–ked or who he would like to f–k who his wife was 10 years ago.”

He claimed a woman reporter wanted to make a sensational story about him.

To prevent sticky situations, Seagal claimed to have a solution: not do interviews.

“The way you combat is by let’s not ever do an interview again to show these c–ksuckers,” he ranted.
