Julia Louis-Dreyfus ‘not f–king around’ after chemotherapy

Julia Louis-Dreyfus is “not f–king around.”

On Thursday, the “Veep” actress, who revealed she was diagnosed with breast cancer in late September, shared a snap following a chemotherapy session on Instagram.

“Chemo #2: finito. We are NOT f–king around here,” the 56-year-old actress wrote. “‘I’ve got the eye of the tiger. The Fighter dancing through the fire cuz I am a champion and you’re going to hear me ROAR.’ Thanks to @mrtonyhale & @timothycsimons & @katyperry for their hilarious and loving inspiration.”

Katy Perry later replied to the post, “You got this.”

On Friday, Louis-Dreyfus shared a separate video of “Veep” co-stars Tony Hale and Timothy Simons mouthing the lyrics to Perry’s single, “Roar.”

Louis-Dreyfus has received an outpouring of support from peers and fellow VPs after revealing her cancer diagnosis last month.

“1 in 8 women get breast cancer. Today, I’m the one,” she posted on social media. “The good news is that I have the most glorious group of supportive and caring family and friends, and fantastic insurance through my union. The bad news is that not all women are so lucky, so let’s fight all cancers and make universal health care a reality.”
