Rosie O’Donnell accuses estranged daughter of profiting off Michelle Rounds’ death

The battle between Rosie O’Donnell and her estranged daughter Chelsea Alliegro has grown even uglier.

O’Donnell, 55, went on a Twitter rant on Tuesday just hours after her 20-year-old daughter, who she adopted as a baby, revealed she was pregnant and that Rosie would not be in her unborn child’s life in an interview with the Daily Mail.

“one year ago kid – u want a public discussion – did they pay u again – how much this time? same same same chelsea,” the former “View” host tweeted on Tuesday night.

Posting a photo of Chelsea at an Apple Store, she writes, “did u hate me this day? last year – at the apple store – was this b4 nick was arrested for beating u up? same same.”

O’Donnell then tweeted that Alliegro was profiting from the recent death of Rosie’s ex-wife Michelle Rounds, who passed away from an apparent suicide last week. Alliegro told the Daily Mail she heard the news about Rounds from her mother, Rosie’s first wife, Kelli Carpenter.

“we have been here before Chelsea u wanna go a few rounds in public seems so Michelle’s death = money 4 Chelsea,” O’Donnell tweeted of Chelsea commenting on Rounds’ passing. “loving people doesn’t save them – sometimes love has no say.”

She posted several videos of Chelsea in happier times, writing “this is ur life.” O’Donnell also took aim at the reporter who wrote the story, calling him an “old creepy man who pays my ill daughter to do interviews.”

She ended her rant with a poem:

what will u do
with no tabloids to call
no one to blame
but u

u child
u
same
same same

Back in May, Chelsea accused O’Donnell of abusing her while they lived together.
