Who had the summer’s best feud?

Celebrities and the world’s 1 percent really let loose over the summer.

In today’s Page Six Best of Summer awards, we detail the biggest hot messes and divulge who simmered over the biggest feuds, who created the most controversy and who pulled the seediest stunts, as well as the famous few who were the biggest successes and scored the biggest deals.

Best Hamptons antics and high jinks: Michael Loeb punches a teen at his charity party

Private equity investor Loeb owns the Southampton mansion featured on the TV show “Billions” and was hosting an event to benefit special-needs children. He blew his top when he found a teen drunk and passed out in his garage, and punched the teen’s friend, Avery Arjang, 18, breaking his nose.

It is not easy to spoil a charity event for special-needs kids, but he managed it in spectacular, nose-breaking fashion.

Runners-up

Tinder wreaks havoc in the Hamptons: Tinder Select rented an oceanfront pad on Montauk’s “Millionaire’s Row” for $135,000 in July. But the hookup app threw a party that month, during which cops found a skateboard ramp and a tepee outside, and guests were cited for booze and parking in the middle of the road. Tinder was slapped with a $20,000 fine and asked by the owner to leave.

The fight over fancy baby clothes at Super Saturday: Well-heeled women got into a scrum at charity shopping event Super Saturday in Water Mill in July when French kids’ brand Bonpoint marked everything down to $5. One onlooker remarked, “It was like a bar brawl, except with women in designer clothes.”

Tiffany Trump’s best pal Andrew Warren jumps in a pond and breaks his arm: Warren, a designer and Instagram innovator, jumped into Fort Pond next to Surf Lodge in July to save someone who fell off a flamingo pool float. The heroic move proved disastrous for Warren, who broke his right arm, which he uses to post on social media.

The season’s best simmering feuds: Katy Perry vs. Taylor Swift

It started in 2013, when Perry poached a trio of dancers from Swift’s Red World Tour, which Swift said was an attempt to “sabotage an entire arena tour.” Then came diss tracks from each artist, passive-aggressive tweets and barbed comments. Perry said last week, “I’d love to take [the beef] off the barbecue,” but Swift instead fanned the flames, debuting her latest fiery music video at the MTV Video Music Awards and not even bothering to show up as Perry fell flat as host.

This “Bad Blood” isn’t new, but summer only heated up their rivalry.

Runners-up

Mika and Joe vs. Trump: The “Morning Joe” on- and off-air couple has been highly critical of President Trump, who stepped it up a notch in June by hurling insults at them on Twitter, including one calling Scarborough “Psycho Joe” and claiming Brzezinski’s face was “bleeding” from a face-lift during a trip to Mar-a-Lago. In July, Trump called Joe “crazy” and Mika “dumb as a rock.” The TV duo insist that the only way Trump will get back in their good graces is by resigning.

Kelly Osbourne vs. Starbucks: Kelly got her knickers in a twist when she was refused entry to a Starbucks bathroom during June’s NYC Pride parade after hours on a float, causing her to wet herself, and she detailed the entire loo hullabaloo on Twitter. An apologetic Starbucks said that there’s no customer comfort room at that location, and customers are asked to go to the next store a few blocks away. Small comfort for Kelly, who tweeted, “I have piss in my shoe.”

Jon Stewart vs. Anthony Cumia: The two comics came face-to-face at New York’s Comedy Cellar in August, and things got ugly very quickly, with the former “Daily Show” host calling Cumia a “f–king piece of s–t” and the shock jock responding, “Jon Stewart is a f–king a–hole.”

Amir Khan vs. estranged wife Faryal Makhdoom: Britain’s biggest scandal of the summer went 12 rounds of brutal blows. Star boxer Khan announced his split from his wife on Twitter — then accused her of moving on “quick” with fellow prizefighter Anthony Joshua. While Joshua denied ever having met Makhdoom, she jabbed back, claiming it was Khan who had cheated. The pair traded a flurry of below-the-belt punchlines, then announced that they were throwing in the towel and getting a divorce.

Biggest bumper summer deals: Emma Stone

The Oscar winner has been on a mission for equal pay for actresses and other female talent in Hollywood, and recently admitted that she persuaded her male co-stars to agree to forgo some of their salaries so she could be paid what she deserves.

Stone — having complained about having to fight for pay equality — is named highest-paid actress in the world.

Mike Meldman, George Clooney and Rande GerberDave Benett/Getty Images

George Clooney, Rande Gerber and Mike Meldman: The trio sold Casamigos tequila to Diageo for $1 billion, just four years after they founded the company.

Soccer stud Neymar Jr.: Moves from Barcelona to Paris Saint-Germain for $333 million — the most expensive transfer in soccer history.

Biggest hot mess: Shia LaBeouf

The “Transformers” star was arrested in Savannah, Ga., for “public drunkenness, disorderly conduct, and obstruction” after launching into a profane rant at a stranger after he was refused a cigarette. He was seen yelling and swearing at cops. Shia has had a series of run-ins with the law this year and in previous years. Remember that time in 2014 when the actor bizarrely chased a homeless man around Times Square for his McDonald’s bag?

Matt HarveyGetty Images

Biggest celeb cons and lamest excuses: Matt Harvey

Harvey missing a Mets game, saying he had a “migraine,” when it turned out he was partying hard at 1Oak the night before.

After being caught by Page Six boozing at a club until 4 a.m., then not showing up to a game, the pitcher had to hold an apologetic press conference, and was then suspended.

Runners-up

Lena Dunham: Dunham’s excuse for giving back her adopted dog Lamby was that the dog had been abused by previous owners and for that reason was too aggressive. But the Brooklyn shelter from which she adopted Lamby disputed her claims, saying that their records showed the dog was never abused, and, “When she adopted the dog from us, it wasn’t crazy. I have pictures of the dog loving on Lena and her mom, which is weird if the dog was abused. It wouldn’t be cuddling with her or be in the bed with her boyfriend in the pages of Vogue.”

Matthew Broderick and Sarah Jessica ParkerFilmMagic

Sarah Jessica Parker: She told Page Six she wasn’t going to combine her two landmarked West Village townhouses and then later claimed that they were already connected when she bought them. They weren’t.

Luann de Lesseps: She explained to Andy Cohen that the moment she hit now-estranged husband Tom D’Agostino Jr. in the face and scratched him at a fancy NYC restaurant was, in reality, just a “love tap.” Clearly a tap too far — they’ve since filed for divorce.

Wildest celeb arrest: Tiger Woods

Woods was arrested in May and had Vicodin, the painkiller Dilaudid, Xanax, Ambien and THC — the active ingredient in marijuana — in his system. Police found Woods asleep at the wheel of his car, and he failed multiple sobriety tests. Dashcam footage showed the golf star wobbling around and slurring his words as he attempted to follow officers’ instructions. At one point, he admitted he had “no idea” where he was driving.

He’s worth an estimated $740 million, so just hire a driver — or two.

Runners-up

Conrad Hilton: The 23-year-old was arrested in May for reaching out to his ex — by allegedly trying to break into her and her mother’s home and stealing her dad’s Bentley. That’s one unusual way to get a lady’s attention. To make matters more murky, Conrad’s ex is Hunter Daily Salomon, the daughter of Rick Salomon, whom Conrad’s sister Paris Hilton starred with in that infamous 2001 sex tape. Creepy.

Miles Teller: The actor allegedly got so drunk in San Diego that he couldn’t stand on the sidewalk, and was cuffed after he nearly fell into a traffic lane. Cops say he was booked for misdemeanor public intoxication. Teller claims he was detained but not arrested and there was no evidence to charge him with a crime. Perhaps he just can’t remember?

Anthony ScaramucciAFP/Getty Images

Worst decisions of the summer: Anthony Scaramucci

Scaramucci sells his company and misses the birth of his child for a White House job that he keeps for just 10 days. And his wife files for divorce.

He lasted less time than a carton of milk in the White House and transformed himself into a late-night TV host’s dream.

Runners-up

Megyn Kelly: Interviews Sandy Hook conspiracy theorist Alex Jones — the same week she’s hosting a Sandy Hook benefit.

Josh Elliott: Promotes himself by announcing that he is taking on a “bigger role” at CBS News — then abruptly gets fired.

Kathy Griffin: Posts a video of herself holding a mask resembling the severed head of President Trump. She gets fired by CNN and Squatty Potty.
