Former Gov. Eliot Spitzer has a new mystery girlfriend.
Spitzer was spotted on a double date with the attractive blonde and another couple at Nobu 57 on Monday night.
“All I know is she’s a prominent real-estate executive,” one source said. Spitzer’s spokeswoman had no comment.
“He was all over her. They were kissing and holding hands,” an eyewitness told me. “They were there a good 2 ½ hours, and he carried her Hermès bag as they left.”
Also in the dining room were New York Giant star Landon Collins, real-estate mogul Michael Shvo, p.r. guru Ronn Torossian and celeb marketer Michael Heller.
Democrat Spitzer stepped down as governor in 2008 after being exposed as a regular patron of high-end escorts. He divorced his wife, Silda, mother of their two daughters, in 2014.
Spitzer and his new gal pal had plenty of real estate to talk about.
Having sold the Crown Building on West 57th Street for $1.8 billion in 2015 (Shvo bought a portion of it), Spitzer’s company is now building three towers on the waterfront in Williamsburg that will have 857 rental apartments.
Spitzer is also partners with the Related Cos. on a 1.4 million-square-foot apartment-and-office development in Hudson Yards.
