Hayley Hasselhoff pleads no contest in DUI case

Hayley Hasselhoff will remember her DUI every time she gets behind the wheel of a car.

The daughter of “Baywatch” star David Hasselhoff, who has publicly battled his own issues with alcohol, has pled no contest to one count of driving under the influence, reports TMZ.

As part of the deal, she’ll be on probation for three years, pay a $390 fine and must complete a 90-day alcohol program. The actress’ car will be also be outfitted with an ignition interlock system that she’ll have to blow into each time in order to get the vehicle to start.

In mid-May, Hayley was found asleep at the wheel with her foot on the brake of her white Mercedes-Benz, which had come to a stop on a Los Angeles freeway off-ramp around 4 a.m.

After knocking on her window, authorities were able to wake the actress, who reportedly smelled of booze. She was arrested after failing a field sobriety test and was taken to a nearby hospital for evaluation.

Had Hayley not reached a deal with prosecutors, she faced up to six months in prison and a $1,000 fine.
