The heartwarming moment Ariana Grande visited young victims of the horrific terror attack at Manchester Arena has been caught on camera.

The pop sensation surprised Jaden Farrell-Mann, 10, in the hospital after the youngster was seriously injured in the attack that killed 22 following her performance.

The 10-year-old has been at the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital since the attack, where she has already undergone two operations.

Grande surprised Jaden after jetting back to England from the US on Friday, and also visited other youngsters at the hospital.

Speaking on the surprise visit, Jaden’s mum Sharon told the Manchester Evening News her daughter was “absolutely amazed” to see Grande.

She said: “She’d met Prince William earlier today and then Ariana walked in.

“She has a big smile anyway but it got even bigger, Ariana gave her a hug and a kiss, she was in awe.

“It was absolutely fantastic to see, she was so happy.”

Meanwhile, dad Peter Mann, whose daughter was also injured in the attack, took to Facebook to post photos of the visit.

He wrote: “So happy she came I could burst!”

The star was also snapped by the bedside of Evie Mills, 14, from Harrogate, who was caught in the attack.

The teen could be seen with a grin plastered on her face as Grande posed for the image on Friday.

Grande has returned to the UK to headline a fundraising concert for the victims of the suicide bombing at her Manchester Arena gig on May 22.

The 23-year-old singer vowed to return to the city in a defiant message on May 26 and it has now been confirmed that the concert, being produced by Live Nation, is going ahead.

Ariana and her manager Scooter Braun have contacted some of the biggest names in the music industry and booked them to perform.

Ariana has also allegedly been reaching out to her friends and asking them to participate in the concert, which will be held at Manchester’s Old Trafford cricket ground.

All proceeds of the event will go to the victims and their families.

Acts that have been confirmed for the concert so far are Ariana Grande, Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, Niall Horan, Coldplay, Take That, Pharrell Williams and Katy Perry.

Usher, Robbie Williams, Little Mix, and the Black Eyed Peas have also been confirmed.

A source has told Sun Online that superstar Madonna may perform at the concert.

The full line-up is still an ongoing process with more artists set to be announced.

Rapper Eminem is also rumored to be joining, if scheduling allows
